Well congrats on the vicodan, although this means I get
to correct even further... goats, like sheep, also have no
uppers. Googled for "goat teeth" and lucky first hit is:
http://www.ansci.cornell.edu/4H/meatgoats/meatgoatfs11.htm
Moose; http://www.smouse.force9.co.uk/facts.htm didn't show upper-vs-lower
although this document seems to indicate that they do not have top incisors...
http://v8doc.sas.com/sashtml/stat/chap66/sect18.htm
although this page also asserts that they have no canines... while
this USGS page
states & shows that they have 6 incisors and 2 canines, which all
appear to be on
the bottom, lower jaw :)
>From what I can find, deer are in the same tooth-boat...
I thought I remembered from growing up that most if not all animals
which have cloven
hooves share these properties, being cud-chewers and having only
bottom teeth in front,
however I will refer our readership back to the wikipedia biology
entries as a much better
source.... and again, I would be surprised if the wilds of AK
fostered some ruminants to
grow fangs ;))
cheers! (and laffs)
