I also added 2 bolts on each side of the upright for more strength.
There will be 2 triangles made for where the upright meets the base
plate too...Once the whole thing is assembled and tested it will be
welded all the way around. I am trying to do a mock up by bolting
everything that I can at the moment. But will shoot for both
bolted/welded wherever possible...

Just got the UHMW in the mail today. That will line the 6" X 6" square
tube that the 4" hammer head will travel through.

Should have more pics this weekend, hopefully...
