Don't know about the program, but the standard Windows calculator handles trig functions.
Open the calculator and click the view/scientific menu.

Some time ago, one of you guys found a program that increased the use
of the Windows calculator incredibly- it was freeware, I believe. You
could do all the trigonometric functions and a whole lot more. I can't
access my old computer at the moment to go get it- does anybody still
have the url? Also, while I'm thinking about it, any other useful
programs of that nature would be appreciated. I just loaded in the
Metal Weight calculator. Still working on setting up my new machine so
it's as useful as the old one ;-)

42USC1320d-6 Wrongful disclosure of individually identifiable health information
(a) Offense
A person who knowingly and in violation of this part-
(1) uses or causes to be used a unique health identifier;
(2) obtains individually identifiable health information relating to
an individual; or
(3) discloses individually identifiable health information to another person,
shall be punished as provided in subsection (b).
(b) Penalties
A person described in subsection (a) shall-
(1) be fined not more than $50,000, imprisoned not more than 1 year, or both;
