Bill, How deep is your fire pot?
You seem to be doing well with coke. One of the things that many folk miss
is that for a forge using coke all of the time most folks use a fire pot of
about 1 and 1/2 to 2 times deeper than our common coal fire pots. This help
a great deal in keeping the coke fire going. Coke can't be beat for a hot
fire and or for forge welding.
