I have a 5' section of rail...How would I cut it? Can't 
anneal it due to
the size/not having an OXY/ACET set up...

I cut rail in my cutoff bandsaw. I clamp it flange up 
tipped slightly into the direction of the teeth. This 
keeps the teeth from having to cut through the 
induction hardened face of the rail directly and keeps 
them from dulling.
