I purchased new brushes for a champion electric blower some years ago from

They are located in Milwaukee, WI.
The sales engineer needed to know the gage of the armature wire to 
assess the current capacity of the brushes and we were able to match the 
cross section of the brush it self, and from the brush holder we were 
able to determine the correct length. Not precisely sure of the cost at 
the time, but I seem to remember about $12 or so for two sets of brushes.
