Actually sit back and relax a bit and don't try to put the arm back in
service too soon. When casts and what ever else they stick on you get off
try to get some stretching exercises to do to help healing and repair the
muscles. Do this before you start being a hard headed metal worker who
cleans the shop, changes the heating system, fixes the car, etc because
your bored after a week and the doctor won't clear you back to work.
Just saying this cause I get stupid when I'm bored and take care of the
things that I think I can (I usually set the injured part back unintentionally)
Take care heal up and then get back in the swing of things
