Hold hands in front of you, palms together.
Hook fingers. Bring palms fully into contact with knuckles.

Lock seam.

The last step is done over a horn either with a hammer or a hammer and a 
clinching tool. (T shape , cross bar has a slot the width of the seam. 
You hammer on the base of the T)
