Mike the point was, that if he built one hotter than usual fire the 
first time any zinc problem he might ever have would be eliminated.
My galv hood still has all its galvanizing intact after that treatment,  
so I know how it doesn'y have to cook off.
He was just worried about it and that procedure should put his mind at rest.

Reading what I wrote I can see how you would read it the way you did.
