Grant,
You will probably have to contact a local independent agent.
We have a waiver I drew up to preclude lawsuits against us if someone gets
injured- it's simple: sign the waiver or you don't work in the shop. It is
similar to the waiver you sign to participate in a conference. It may help
on your rating to show the waiver and a certificate of OSHA compliance.
