You don't explain it Steve.

Think about it. Tampon. . . Injuries. . . Eh? Flying or 
not, the doc would have to be from an extraterrestrial 
species not to "understand" the connection as perfectly 
natural and unremarkable.

I mean seriously you can explain away virtually any 
injury or object painfully inserted w/wo existing 
orifice similarly.
