I don't know how similar the different import saws are, but you should
be able to get the user manuals online. Harbor Freight, I think, has
their's online. And there's a Yahoo group on the 5X7's, too, that has
all sorts of info. I have an Enco bandsaw that started losing its
tracking and I was able to look at another import's manual to fix it.
Pretty easy.

I'd guess that the wheels have no flanging for a good reason. I would
expect that the blade's teeth would chew any flange up in a short
time, if it decided to go off track in that direction.
