I have had no problem returning power tools that have
stopped working to HF. I bought one of their 1/2 inch
D Handled drill, it stopped working after 4 months,
took it back they gave me a new. They have been good
to me.

I bought a trailer, one type was advertised and the
model number was not for the same trailer. The gave us
the actual trailer that we wanted, plus a 15% discount
for our inconvenience. We ended up paying about $144
for the trailer, it went on sale in the current flyer
for over $200.

Almost all of my hand tools I bought from them, that
have broken they replaced some times with a better
set.

They have been very good to me.
