A unique issue to consider is depending on why someone is in a
wheelchair, they may or may not be able to feel hot steel in their lap,
or just a hot piece of slag. Even minor burns can be problematic. I
have worked with wheelchair bound before in my shop (not blacksmithing
as of yet) and have to birddog that to make sure they didn't get hurt.
