How is ProPay on disputes?  I was interested until I read their "legalese" and it basically said that in the event of a dispute, I was screwed.  

We have a merchant account with ECHO, and it's a tad expensive.  Over the years we've had a few disputes (and come to think of it, we got screwed every time), and learned to (1) never sell to Indonesia, and (2) never deviate from the requirement that we ship to the billing address for the card.  We had a great sob story about a Mother's Day gift, and fell for it - then they claimed they never got it (despite signature confirmation!), and the CC company told us to take a hike because we shipped to a 3rd address.

But these days almost all our sales are via CC, so there's really no option.
