Rob says that if you want to read a good article on it, look in Army
ordinance manuals- should be on line. If not, the particular report can be
requested. Granted, it comes from the POV of attempting to induce poisoning
in the enemy, and it's rather dated in terms of specific neurological
effects, because, after all, it was written around WW1, but it does have an
awful lot of interesting information of toxicity levels, etc. He also says
that the geeks at BuShips, materials division tend to collect all sorts of
interesting information on toxic materials.
