One should be able to find a multitude of various pressure switches at any
electrical supply house or industrial supply. Those can be rated for most
common control voltages, 12, 24V, 115V, 230V. Pressure ratings, type of
fluid, etc. vary all over the place, with some adjustable over a fairly
large range.

Try McMaster-Carr, W.W. Grainger, Newark Electronics etc. etc.
