Ummmm...Dan....Buy?
You have a hammer, an anvil and a means to heat steel...presumably.
Given that, you have leapt over the big hurdles in tooling.
You now have the means to make your own hardy tools ( from scrap 
steel to save money).
The only remaining problem will be defined by your ability to use 
the stuff....(grin, that's understatement.).........PF
