Dan and All,

I thought I said something about using a nuclear pile
for a forge and it would glow, so would I.

This sonversation started about coal, which for the
volume that is used by blacksmiths these days, maybe
some one should stop driving their truck, instead of
complaining about coal emissions.

I use a propane forge most of the time, not a whole
lot cleaner than that for forging steel.

So lets light the fire and heat and beat!
