You ARE aware, aren't you, that your government is using 'depleted'
(but still radioactive and highly toxic) uranium as ammo?  Neat stuff. 
When a DU projectile hits, it can burn like magnesium.  Only the
resulting mess is much more deadly than magnesium.  

Hey, if we poison off everybody in the Middle East, we can just walk in
(in radiation gear) and TAKE the oil!

Also, given how much natural uranium is around, people end up eating
