I'll make you a deal.  Buy me 1 pound of depleted uranium and (assuming it 
isn't already painted) let me paint it and I'll carry it around in my 
pants pocket for at least 6 months.

So the French don't have people problems?  They are running a large chunk 
of their power off of nuclear plants and reprocessing the fuel and 
vitrifying the waste.
