I set up the photoaccess site a while back when the picture site 
theforge was using went away. At least that's the way I remember it 
happening.

In any case I think there are better photo sharing sites out there now.

If anyone wants to find one that works better than photoaccess go for 
it.

Having a site that is easy to use is a real advantage.
