Of course, the ORIGINAL distinction was that soldering could be done
with a soldering copper. Brazing was done at temperatures too high to
use a copper to carry the heat.

In case I didn't give a definitive answer to your question before,
temperature difference, which is admittedly strictly arbitrary, is the
only
line that can be drawn between soldering and brazing anymore.
