[TheForge] A blown, fuel-injected forge

There used to be a Chinese company selling these on ebay a year or two
ago, so you could buy them new. I think they still use them in China,
Mexico or India or somewhere. I don't know if you can buy them
elsewhere.

I don't see the new ones on ebay any more:

It seems funny that any one would freak out over using gasoline -- we
use it in cars all the time. It just doesn't seem like it would be
inherently more dangerous than propane or natural gas, or O/A tanks.

But then again, I really have no idea what I'm talking about. Maybe
gasoline produces a nasty byproducts if it's burnt too cool, or without
enough oxygen, or not under pressure or something. Anyone know?

Isn't this the Chinese gasoline/oxygen torch that
showed up on the U.S. market a few years ago? My
insurance coverage won't let me use anything powered
by gasoline outside of the van and the generator, and
I can't store my lawn mower and gas powered yard tools
in my shop. I would like to play with one of these
torches, but I have seen petrofueled forges and HT
ovens, they are just a furnace adapted to other uses.
