Yesterday I talked briefly with Russ' wife. It appears he is very near the  
end. His nineteen month battle with Lou Gehrig's disease is nearly over. She is 
 working with Elizabeth Brim to have an exhibition of some of his work at the 
 Seattle ABANA conference. She is also going to continue Nimba Forge and the 
sale  of the anvils. Quite sad. Russ was a wonderful artist and sculptor.
