Terry,
We have a local waterjet co. that will work with me on even one 
item.Inexpensive!
Plus he does all the autocad work.
He did some dummy hinges(about 12" long) w/ holes, and furnished the mat'l 
for $7 each.I just broke the edges cold and painted.
Embarrassed at how much I charged the customer.

Clean cut most times, plus doesn't affect heattreat.
Don't know (or care) about their slurry disposal.
