ITW owns Hobart and Miller, EVEN the old Hobart Institute of Welding now has Miller

If you are looking at a new TIG machine, a new stick machine AND a plasma, you are talking some big dollars.

You might want to consider something like an all in one, MIG/TIG/Stick to reduce the pain on a new TIG and a new stick machine.

On a plasma, I prefer the Thermal Dynamics.  You can get consummables from
Zap Plasma, compay former by some former TD people. Their consummables
have served me well.

Be patient with yourself as you become familiar with ss. Also plan on spending plenty of time practicing blending, polishing, etc. to make the final product look good.
