hello;

i have several questions.

i may be looking for plasma torch and a tig welder in the near
future and have been goggling for information.

are hobart plasma torches just re-branded miller electric plasma
torches?

i need a new stick welder since my old stick welder died.

what tig welders do others have experience with? what are the
pros and cons of those tig welders?

the reason for the plasma cutter and tig welder is a possible
project i am thinking about. the project would be nearly entirely
stainless steel 304/304l/316/316l. i am looking at using 16 gage
stainless steel for the project. there may be a few thinner pieces
made of thinner gage material that would have a mirror finish.

i have never worked with stainless steel so it would be a first
time project and a learning experience.

any comments and/or suggestions are welcomed.
