hello all
I am building the lp forge from the burners and forges book, The specs 
call for 1/2" -3/4" kiln shelf.
I picked up a 1" shelf for a deal. I found that the shipping was cost 
prohibitive for the shelf , so I settled for
not the right thing, but the right price.
Also there is no one around here with 2300 deg. fiber board, only 1900 
backer board. ( for the ends or doors),
questions
1. is this 1" shelf a bad thing.?
2. is the 1900 deg bb the totally wrong deal?
