[TheForge] Hot rolled steel question

Bob,

The steel yard that I work at has that same thing happen quite offten.  I 
asked my boss and he said what happens is that the steel manafactures 
produce more cold roll that hot and will send out cold  rolled in place of 
the hot rolled to be able to compleat the orders.
