[TheForge] heel spurs

I shoe inserts called the "heel halo" at the local Walgreen's, right off the 
shelf.  I don't know how large my spur was, but after using the inserts for 
about a month seems to have remedied the situation.  before I used them I 
would limp out of work at the end of the day, now I don't even have to use 
them.
