Visit Fort Vancouver, a National Park Service site, is just north of
Portland across the Columbia River in Washington. The Fort was the Hudson
Bay Co. headquarters for the northwest in the early to mid 1800s and had a
production blacksmith shop with 10 blacksmiths. The Fort Vancouver
Blacksmith Guild, a new ABANA affiliate,  operates the Blacksmith shop on a
daily basis.  They are a great bunch of folks. If you get there, say hello
from "the Wilsons".
