I don't know any blacksmith.  But Timberline lodge on Mt Hood is a 
blacksmithing museum of sorts.  Lots of interesting CCC / WPA era iron work 
as well as more contemporary pieces from Daryl Nelson and others.  If you 
go take lots of film or extra memory for your camera.
