upload through your browser.

I don't think you need to download any software. Just use the link at
the bottom of this (or any) theforge email to get to the site. Then
plug in the login and password. Put in that you want to upload a
picture. It tells you to identify the picture and the album you want
the picture to go to and it's over. It's pretty easy.
