Luke,
As to the regulator question, there are two members of this list who sell
good regulators at good prices. There are also other web sites which feature
Fisher regulators. I can't go into details because I am presently without a
single copy of Gas Burners to consult (embarrassing lack of memory displayed
here). Others can fill you in, but you are not going to get a good deal at a
hardware store (high prices for low quality being the rule there).
