Dan, ur right- Murphy's law applies doubly to propane- don't screw around
with it.

The propane regulators that are fixed should be left closed. They are a low
flow and will not pass enough gas to do much. Mr. Heater sells a nice full
flow 0-60 PSIG regulator for around 20 dollars.

Some of the fixed preasure regulators can be adjusted by removing the cap
and using a screwdriver. It's not real convienient but if you always use it
for the same thing once you get the preasure you want, put the cap back on
and leave it alone.
