During the demo this morning the demonstrator stepped
behind the hammer for a couple frames and even sitting
on it's stand it wasn't as tall as the demonstrator.

About 10 years ago I saw what looked like a Champion
power hammer but I was afraid to get too close to it,
there was a chainsaw hanging from a ratty looking piece
of manila rope over it.

What's the big deal about a chainsaw hanging over your
head you might ask? The chainsaw's engine looked to be
a Chevy 350 I reply.

Anyway, the little power hammer was a bench model and I
was dieing to take a closer look but chickened out. The
next spring the old fellow with all the cool stuff died
of pneumonia sitting in his pickup on his way to
morning coffee with the boys. My uncle Fred who lived
about a hundred yards down the road let me know and I
was able to buy the blacksmithing tools he had but his
widow wouldn't part with the little power hammer. And
yes it was still mounted to a bench under that damned
maniac chainsaw suspended by the ratty manila rope.
