OK, all, I'm safely here in Seattle. I have about 4 people confirmed for the
cook-out- please, contact me so we know how many to plan for, including if
it's just you, or your SO, etc. It'sa BYOB, and we'd appreciate a donation

It is walking distance- 1/2 hour walk, but if you prefer to drive/ride, I
suggest people team up, as there's limited parking, as is usual in the U
district.
