The difference in price is due to the fact that they have to pay someone to
strip it then do something with the waste. A home built striper is simple it
is a tube with a knife though it to one side. Cut some insulation and then
put it in and pull the rest of the wire. You don't care if you nick the wire
so it does not have to be exact
