I think this whole project has gotten side tracked.

First, you need to find out if they will accept ingets.

Second, melting copper 2.5lbs at a time will be more labor and energy
intensive than just stripping the wire by hand.

Third, some kind of device to aid in the stripping may not be that hard to
devise. And should be looked into. KISS
