[TheForge] Identify Post Vise

I just bought a post vise and would like to 
Identify the maker, it is a 5 1/4" wide jaw
75-80 lbs.
And the under side of the part that fastens 
To the bench has the letter "T" possibly an
"F" but the top line of the F is not there
and a large "4" cast into the metal.

Any Ideas?
