If you could swing the money  it sounds like you would get more use out of a 
portable stick machine, and have the best of both worlds. That way if you had 
to you could go to their place to weld farm mach. if you had to. I have both 
at my shop and it seems just as easy to crank up the portable one at the shop 
just as easy.
