Heh.  Yeah.  Makes me want to go out and finish putting together the
jack shaft supports [1] for my 300# A&O, presently made but in need of
assembly and welding in place.

Before Christmas, I got out my long underwear and propane salamander,
put the calrod quench tub heater in place and accommodated myself to
the notion that there'd be little or no progress on the big hammer
until spring because it would be buried in snow.  Hah!  We had a white
Christmas but then the snow went away and the daytime temps have been
mostly in the low 30s to high 40s.  So the project is moving along
with "deliberate speed".  Early April around here typically has
nastier weather than this.

Enough.  I hear the hammer calling.  Pics if/when it works.
