[TheForge] Trouble shooting welder

Don,

I had a similar problem when I got a little wear in my cable liner.  I found 
out that I was pulling the wire out a little when I cut off the end and that 
caused a little delay before the wire started moving, and that caused the 
wire to weld to the tip.
