Ask a local resident who knows- there are blacksmiths in Ireland- in 
fact, one of my friends from the Northwest here did a blacksmithing 
tour of Ireland last year, and found quite a few blacksmiths there-

My guess would be that there is somebody not too far from you who can 
tell you exactly where to get a good fuel.
