1. What tools do I need? Numbers, details...
The tools that you will need depend on what it is that you wish to produce
and whatever you can afford. 

2. What type of anvil should I get?

3. Where can I find patterns for what I am supposed to do?
Look within.

4. What do I need to make a forge or could I replace that with something
else for starters?
Are you thinking coal or gas or both? If you can afford to buy a coal forge,
do it. If you want a really good gas forge build your own.

5. Where can materials be bought?
You haven't been paying attention.

6. Some books or other kind of reference about materials, treatment and
shaping.
How-to's, book reviews, links, newsletter archives, e-post cards, etc.
