Okay, I don't know much about Romania, so I cruised around the web a
bit...

Appears the "fierar" is the Romanian word for blacksmith.  So I search
for that.  Found lots of pages in Romanian that I can't read but most
of them refered to a "fierar betonist".  

What would that be, Andrei? The guy who sets up the steel reinfocing
bar for concrete?  (Wild guess :-)
