just to  let every  know they passed a law in Arizona  that firing guns in 
the air celebrating or any thing else and it hits a  person you can go to  jail. 
A girl was stuck and killed  from a  falling bullet from a hand gun that went 
through the roof of the car and hit her  in the head. This happened on a news 
years eve I think but do not remember the  year or what the law actually 
reads. But the girls name was used on naming the  law.
