I bought some replacement ones a while ago. The guy asked me if the 
lights were in an unheated or heated building.

When I asked the difference he just handed me the boxes. One was 
noticeably heavier. He said if my lights were dim or didn't light up 
during the winter , the ones I had were designed to be used in a heated 
building or warm climates. These were the ones sold cheap at HF, 
Menards, Home Depot, etc.

As I remember the price tags corresponded to the weights. <G>
