Swedish Museum video on the web. 

Besides the rope making , there are  several blacksmithing videos 

One about nail making, one about horse shoe making, etc.

I think is the horse shoe maker. I had the best luck watching them using 
Real Player rather than the Windows Media Player that came with this Windows 
XP.

There are also old video about making swedish wooden shoes,  wooden mugs, 
etc. 

I have not explored them all, but I watched the rope making one a bunch of 
times.
